Q: How do parents participate?
A: Parents and school supporters need only to make their purchases at the supporting merchants for the things that their family needs and the rest is handled through Cash2Rewards.


Q: Does a merchant have to use QuickBooks?
A: No. A merchant can use any software and still get great service and prices. However, by getting free QuickBooks along with the processing a merchant should realize that there is no other processing that seamlessly downloads into any accounting program.

Q: Can a merchant participate without changing their software?
A: we encourage all local merchants to support their School. However, in order to participate through this program, a merchant will need to switch to our partner processing so that the transaction funding can be allocated to the school

Q: How often does the School get funding from this program?
A: Once a month the School gets funded based on the processing cycle.

Q: Can the school track the merchants and their funding?
A: Yes, Cash2Rewards has set up online portals for the exclusive use of each foundation separately and securely to track their participation.

Q: How do merchants enroll?
A: There are a few ways. A merchant can self apply by signing up through the online application process by clicking on the banners and links provided for your Ed. Foundation website. However, the easiest and more direct way is to have a Cash2Rewards member sign them up for you, either by phone or in person.

Q: How often will school or Ed. Foundation members promote their merchant base to the parents?
A: Twice a month on a biweekly basis Cash2Rewards will print out either flyers or brochures to give to the Ed. Foundations for distribution to parents and community participants.

Q: does QuickBooks and Innovative Merchant Solutions stand behind these specific products with service and support?
A: Absolutely. We have been told that on any merchant processing issue, that QuickBooks/Innovative Merchant Solutions has a requirement to answer your call within 30 seconds of ring tone.
